About our Recruitment Process

We host two recruitments per academic year during the fall and spring quarters. If you’re interested in joining Phi Delta Epsilon, make sure to subscribe to our email interest list using the form below and watch out for recruitment information on our website and social media!

Potential new members must attend at least one recruitment event to apply to the fraternity. Phi Delta Epsilon has a strict zero tolerance hazing policy.

Information Night

This is your chance to learn about the basics of our fraternity. From what we do, to what we stand for, to understanding how you will benefit from being a part of the fraternity, Information Night will give you a feel for if we are the right fit for you.

Meet the Fraternity

Now that you know what our fraternity is about, it's time to meet the members! This is your chance to meet as many of our members as possible to get an insider perspective of the fraternity, as well as find out the different things our members are involved in.

Social Night

Get to know more members while making cards for our local philanthropic partner, Seattle Children's Hospital! This event encourages deeper conversations between you and a few of our fraternity members, and is the last rush event open to the public.

Invite-Only

Congratulations! This is the last rush event. Only potential new members that have proven so far to possibly be a good fit for the fraternity are invited to this event and to an interview. This is meant to be a casual event and celebrate the end of the rush process.
